Rutgers College sophomore A.J. Moon, right, gives out cotton candy to New Brunswick children at the Big Buddy Carnival held outside the Rutgers Student Center on the College Avenue campus yesterday. Big Buddy is a University organization that volunteers to provide role models to disadvantaged children in the city.
