Corey Chandler was so effective off the bench, Rutgers men's basketball head coach Fred Hill Jr. just might have to try it again. The freshman guard provided much needed offense and fire coming off the pine to help the Scarlet Knights defeat Lafayette, 90-79.

This past weekend, the Rutgers swimming and diving team competed in the Big Al Princeton Invitational and the Galbraith Invitational. The diving squad saw some success at the Galbraith Invitational as Erin Saunders recorded a second-place finish in the one-meter springboard with a 257.

It's been one week since the final game of the regular season in Rutgers football. In one week, the team, the conference and the country have gotten to reflect on the season. The results are coming out in the form of awards, since the Big East came out with their all-conference team.

It was a night of firsts for the Rutgers men's basketball team. The most pertinent of which was freshman Mike Coburn earning his first career start in a Scarlet Knight uniform. The guard from Mount Vernon High School in New York started alongside Anthony Farmer in the backcourt.
