SCILS dean steps down, two vie for position

After a decade at the University as dean of the School of Communication, Information and Library Studies, Gustav Friedrich will be leaving his post next year and taking a sabbatical. Just shy of retirement age, the 67-year-old said it is time for him to start thinking about what he wants to do for his next career.
