Yesterday, a small group of Rutgers students protested outside of the Douglass Student Center where a panel, entitled “Unsafe Space” was being held. The goal of the original event was to create a dialogue around identity politics and free speech on campus.

Following The Targum's coverage of Sigma Chi's probation, the Rutgers Panhellenic Council became the first greek community to speak out on the investigation. The president of Sigma Chi has not yet responded to a request for comment. 

Last Wednesday, Music Technology at Mason Gross hosted a Q&A event with Jonas Blue, a musician who has collaborated with Ellie Goulding, Disclosure and Zedd. The event took place on campus in the recording studio of Mortensen Hall.

The number of students utilizing the resources offered by CAPS has increased dramatically over the course of the last year, with more than 4,000 students making appointments. Attendance for group sessions has also increased by 16 percent.
