Rutgers' secondary struggles in 2nd half after stopping plays in 1st

This past weekend, the Rutgers football team came into its game against No. 17 Minnesota with a desire to flip the script on the season in terms of defensive production. The team had been outscored by 145 points in their previous six games, and the Scarlet Knights’ (1-6,0-5) defensive unit sought to limit the damage in what would have to be another tough-fought battle against their opponent.

The Rutgers football team has gone up against its fair share of talented passing offenses. Iowa's quarterback Nate Stanley threw for more than 250 yards and three touchdowns in week two action. Michigan's Shea Patterson also threw in the 200s for passing, checking in at 276 passing yards and one touchdown at Michigan Stadium.

This is one of those dreadful times of the fantasy season where it seems like just about every offense in the league has been tampered with in some way. Whether it be due to a high ankle sprain (Saquon Barkley), turf toe (Devante Adams), concussion (a whole slew of guys) or just a lackluster season thus far (Kirk Cousins).
