Rutgers falls to Pitt in 2nd road loss of season

The Rutgers men’s basketball team lost its second road game of the season on Tuesday night, falling to Pitt in the ACC/Big Ten Challenge at the Petersen Events Center. Although sophomore guard Ron Harper Jr. and sophomore center Myles Johnson each recorded double-doubles, the Scarlet Knights (6-2) could not maintain a lead against the Panthers (7-2). 

New Brunswick Faculty Council calls for Hobbs' removal

The New Brunswick Faculty Council (NBFC) has passed a resolution calling for the University to dismiss Rutgers Athletics Director Pat Hobbs due to the consistently poor performance of the football team and the failure of the Department of Athletics to respond to abuse allegations against the softball coaches, according to the NBFC website.

Bending organic semiconductor can benefit next-generation electronics, Rutgers study finds

A Rutgers-led study has found that next-generation electronics, such as sensors and solar cells, may benefit from slightly bending semiconductors made of organic material that can double the speed of electricity flow, according to an article on Rutgers Today.
